What data do we collect?
TOSOL collects the following data:
• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide TOSOL with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
• Voluntarily leave your name, phone number and/or email.
How will we use your data?
Our Company collects your data so that we can:
• Email or call you back or answer when you leave a note.
How do we store your data?
If TOSOL collects your data, this will be through Framer Forms, which is a built in option by Framer B.V. Security and storage of your data is described here under "GDPR complient Framer Forms". Additionally, Framer will send an email including personal data to an email account, linked to Framer B.V., which processes data in line with security and storage regulations as described here.
TOSOL will keep your name, phone numer and/or email address (if provided) for the term of the agreement between Framer B.V. and TOSOL or in any case no longer than the time required to assess a person's interrest in aquiring the TOSOL services. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the data or automatically by termination of the agreement between Framer B.V. and TOSOL.

What are your data protection rights?
TOSOL would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
